Ollama adds local Phonon speech with different model licences

What changed

Default English phonon uses Apache 2.0; 40M French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and multilingual variants use CC BY-NC 4.0.

Builder’s view: before adding voice to a paid multilingual workflow, record each language, exact model tag and intended use in a licence matrix. Review that matrix whenever tags change.

Keep in mind

Those 40M variants are limited to noncommercial use; Windows/Linux support is forthcoming.
